Specialist Defence, Proactive Approach

Facing investigation or prosecution is daunting. With over 20 years of legal knowledge, you can be assured to receive a clear, proactive defence from police station to Crown Court.

How We Work

Criminal defence covers every stage of the justice process – from the moment police wish to speak with you, through to trial and, if necessary, appeal.

Our role is to ensure your side of the story is heard, your rights are respected, and the evidence against you is properly challenged.

You will work directly with an experienced legal professional, from the first call to the final verdict.

Driving offences

Drink/drug driving, speeding, tot‑ups, and disqualification – I fight to protect your licence and livelihood.

Drug offences

Possession, supply, cultivation, and conspiracy – I scrutinise police procedure and forensic evidence to build the strongest defence.

Violent crimes

Assault (ABH/GBH), affray, and homicide – I ensure your side of the story is heard, whether you're accused of a street fight or a domestic allegation.

Police Station Representation

24/7 attendance for voluntary interviews or arrest. Never attend alone – I ensure your rights are protected from the very first moment.

Youth Crimes

Representing young people (under 18) with discretion, focusing on rehabilitation and minimising long‑term impact.

Appeals

Challenging convictions or sentences in the Crown Court or Court of Appeal. I identify legal errors and fight for justice.

Inquests

Representing families or interested persons at coroner's inquests – particularly in cases involving state conduct or Article 2.

Questions

Addressing concerns and common questions

The police want to interview me voluntarily. Do I need a lawyer?

Yes. What you say in a voluntary interview is evidence and can be used in court. Never attend without legal protection. I can arrange to be there with you.

Can I afford private representation?

We offer transparent, fixed-fee structures for many cases, so you know exactly where you stand from day one. No hidden costs. Legal Aid is also available for eligible clients.

What's the difference between a solicitor and a barrister?

As a solicitor-advocate, I can represent you at all stages of your case, from the police station to the Crown Court. This means you have a single, consistent point of contact and advocate throughout the entire process.
